How to Order
To place an order by phone, please call 1-800-849-0276 (Weekdays
9:00 am - 5:00 PM EST). Orders may also be faxed to 910-395-1490.
Note: Shipping prices are for delivery to US addresses only. International
orders please call for shipping prices.
Our Guarantee
Color Pet Products, Inc. offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee
to all of our customers. If, for any reason, a selection doesn't
meet your expectations, we stand ready with a full refund or exchange.

Shipping Information
Most orders ship complete from Wilmington, NC within 2-3 days. Orders
are typically shiped US PriorityMail. Shipments leave our warehouse
on weekdays. Please allow 10 to 14 working days for delivery.
Items will not be charged to your account until shipped. Shipping
charges for each address are indicated below. Additional shipping
charges will apply on orders shipping to: Alaska, Hawaii, APO/Military,
currently shipping to the US addresses only.
NC residents add 7.5% sales tax.
Shipping Cost
Shipping cost is based on the amount you order. The charges shown
below are for a single address. Delivery to additional addresses
is only $5.00 per address. "Value of Order" includes the
total price of the items, state and local sales taxes where applicable.
Prices and shipping fees are subject to change without notice. Call
or email us for delivery prices outside the USA.

- $15.01 to $25.00 - $7.50
- $25.01 to $45.00 - $9.00
- $45.01 to $65.00 - $12.00
- $65.01 to $90.00 - $15.00
- $90.01 to $125.00 - $18.00
- $125.01 to $200.00 - $25.00
Return Policy
Before returning any product, you must contact our returns department.
NO returns of any type will be accepted without contacting
us. Please have your invoice available when contacting us. For returns

Return any product purchased directly from Color Pet Products,
Inc. in new/unused condition and in its original packaging
within 30 days from the invoice date. Products purchased from Color
Pet, Inc. dealers should be returned to the dealer, not to Color
Pet Products, Inc.
Include a brief note indicating the reason for return and be certain
to include important information such as the Invoice No. and your
name and address. Also include instructions on the action you would
like us to take: replace, exchange or credit/refund. Return product
prepaid (UPS or Insured US Postal Service) to:

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Return
If you receive an item that has been damaged during shipping, is
defective or is not the item you ordered, save the box and all the
packing material and contact us. We'll give you instructions on
how to proceed. In the meantime, we'll be sure a replacement is
sent to you promptly. You can also call our customer service line
