You
have undoubtedly noticed the tremendous variety of collars, leashes
and gift items for pets that are currently on the market. How do
you determine which ones will sell best in your store? Will your
customers share your taste in the products you choose? Wouldn't
it be great if you could actually try the products in your own store
without the risk of being stuck with an unproductive line? We have
eliminated the guess work!
Purchase any amount of our products and try them in your store
for six months. If at the end of the six month trial period you
have sold less than fifty percent of the products purchased on your
initial order, we will buy the remaining product back . This guarantee
only applies to the first order and transfers to our Exchange Policy
once a second order has been placed. This will allow you to keep
our best selling products in stock at all times. This guarantee
insures the quality and sell-ability of all of our products. Once
our products get on your shelves they virtually sell themselves.
We created this unique policy many years ago to take the risk out
of starting a new line of products. This policy has been so successful
that we continue to offer it today. We want you to feel as confident
about our products as we do.

This is our "famous" Buy Back Guarantee. Our Buy Back
gives You the opportunity to bring in our unique products and "try"
them in your store without risk. This is unheard of in retail! This
seems too good to be true?!
It is True
We introduced this unique policy over 17 years ago when we first
developed our MAYA line of collars and leashes, it has been so successful
that we continue to offer it today. In 1989 some stores were reluctant
to add "unusual" or "different" pet related
products, and we were definitely different! Today retail outlets
are always looking for products that will set them apart from the
"Mass-merchants" and "Chain-type” stores. They
want to offer products to their customers that can not be found
in the so called "Masses", since it helps give them a
competitive edge. As the pet product market continues to grow at
a rapid pace, more and more gift/specialty retailers are adding
or creating pet categories.
This is how it works
Purchase our products and offer them in your store for a minimum
of 6 months (this gives the products a fair chance). If you sell
less than 1/2 (50%) of the products purchased on your initial invoice,
and are unhappy with our line, we will Buy Back the unsold product
(less shipping). SIMPLE !
Exchange Policy
In order to keep the best selling products in your store we
also have an open exchange policy. This policy allows you to “trade-in”
any of our products, and determine which sell best in your store.

The Fine Print
The invoice must be paid in full within terms to qualify. If
the product is not paid for within terms, (C.O.D. VISA, Master Card,
Net 30), the Buy Back is VOID. Product purchased from initial
invoice cannot be returned for cash buy back during 6 month trial
period, it can however be exchanged for other items. Buy Back on
some products may be charged a restocking fee. The Buy Back does
not apply to our gift boxes, custom or private label work.
