| We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you) and other information including the security code as requested by our online odering. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order. |

We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

| For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order. |

| Before returning any product, you must contact our returns department for return authorization.
NO return of any product(s) will be accepted without prior authorization. Please have your invoice available when contacting us. To return a product
please contact: customerservice@colorpet.com
or call 1-800-544-3533. (Weekdays 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST) Return any product purchased directly from Color Pet Products in new/unused condition and in its original packaging
within 30 days from the invoice date. Products purchased from Color
Pet dealers should be returned to the dealer, not to Color
Pet Products.
When authorized to return your product, please include a brief note indicating the reason for return and be certain
to include important information such as the Invoice No. and your
name and address. Return product

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Personalized or custom products are non-returnable.

Shipping Time -- Orders for standard product are typically shipped within 2-3 days from receipt of order provided the product or products ordered are in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday. Personalized products may take up to an additional 7 days to ship.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Color Pet Products or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. Shipping cost is based on the amount or "value" of your order for a single address. All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise requested. International orders shipping cost is based on the amount or "value" of your order for a single address. International orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise requested. International shipping does not include any inbound duties, taxes or tariffs. Prices and shipping fees are subject to change without notice. |

| In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Color Pet Products shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Color Pet Products shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Color Pet Products shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. |
